Obituary notes for Allen Moses Breidenstein
Allen M. Breidenstine, 81, died Thursday, March 15, 2012, in Cedar Haven Nursing Home. Born in Heidelberg Twp., on August 17, 1930, he was the son of the late Allen B. and Florence Dubble Breidenstine. Allen attended Overbrook School for the Blind. He was a self-employed cane chair maker and was a member of the Midway Church of the Brethren, Lebanon. He loved to listen to music. Surviving are three sisters, Arlene Wampler of Lebanon, Pauline Haldeman of Palmyra, and Lena, wife of Francis Blauch of Lebanon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from Midway Church of the Brethren, 13 Evergreen Road, Lebanon. Burial will be held in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his church in his memory. Published in Lebanon Daily News on March 17, 2012
