Obituary notes for Frances Rosalie Reinhold
F. Rosalie Bross, 88, died on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at her home. She was born on Wednesday, January 9, 1924, to F. Lewis Reinhold and Ruth B. Reinhold nee Zimmerman in Ephrata. She was a member of Lebanon Church of the Brethren. She attended Lebanon Valley College and studied music and was a member of the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra where she played bassoon. She was a teacher for Lebanon School District and taught mostly third grade. She was active in music at church, leading choirs, children's music, playing the organ and piano. Surviving are daughters, Evelina M. spouse of Robert Krall, Lebanon, Frances R. spouse of Bret Brandt, Annville; son, Thomas R. spouse of Debbie Bross, Nazareth; four grandsons, four granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Lucille Hood, Palmyra, Lorraine Lewis, Palmyra, Rhea Rauch, Palmyra, Rhona Stonebach, Palmyra; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Harlan D. Bross on March 14, 2003; daughter, Marna E. Bross; brother, Lewis Reinhold. Viewing will be on Sunday, March 18, 2012, from 3 to 4 p.m. at Lebanon Church of the Brethren, 400 Locust St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 4 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Lebanon Co. Foster Parents Assoc. c/o Jim Holtry, 400 S. 8th St., Room 401, Lebanon, PA 17042.
